Backorders: If any of the items you order online are out of stock, we will automatically backorder them for you. You can check on the availability or status of your order anytime, we are available to assist you six days a week, Monday--Friday from 9am to 5:30pm and Saturday from 10am to 2pm (Central Time). Billing: All charges are usually taken from your account within 24-48 hours. Please note that your credit card statements will be billed from Frida Wholesale through PayPal. Note: No PayPal Account Required!

Exchanged / Return Policy: Merchandise returned (with the exceptions are cut fabric, books, videos & CDs) for reasons other than damage is subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. We must be notified prior to the return. All return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer and Refunded Fees by crediters.

Our Merchandise: is handmade by folk artisans. Internet photos can only represent multiple items that are handmade and individually unique. Please don't expect mass-produced sameness or request that an item be exactly as shown in every detail.

All measurements are as accurate as possible, but still approximate due to the handmade nature of items.

Limitation of Liability: Frida Wholesale reserves the ultimate right of amending the Terms of Use and other rules relevant to the sales of merchandise from time to time without any prior notice. Frida Wholesale may also correct any error or omission in any portion of the web-site, or impose limits on certain features and services, or restrict your access to parts or all of the web-site without notice or liability. Postage Isurance, (USPS): At Frida Wholesale we want to make certain that you receive your purchase. We insure all our shipments at no additional cost to you!

Shipping and Processing: Fee charged includes processing fees. We ship worldwide to virtually any address in the world. All shipping charges are added automatically to your shopping cart for your review and confirmation. If a shipment is refused or returned due to an error in your address, you will be charged the shipping fee again for your package to be resent. There is a $10.00 charge for address changes on packages that need to be re-routed during delivery due to an incorrect address. Please be sure that you enter the correct shipping address during checkout. Allow at least 3 to 10 days for first class priority.

Orders take 1-4 days to ship. We ship via 2-3 day Priority Mail Service. Shipping within the USA is charged a flat rate. If an item is on backorder, you will be notified of product status and ship date. Shipments made outside of the US may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders take 1-4 days to ship. for whatever reason will not be returned to the buyer and will only be replaced at the buyer's expense.

We have no control over postal carriers, Customs, or suggested arrival times. Although the U.S. Postal Service quotes air mail arrival within 7 to 10 days, it may take as long as 9 to 21 days, depending on your country's Customs officials and postal routes. The price difference between air and ground rate only guarantees the time of arrival to the shipping country's postal system. We apologize for any inconvenience or delays caused by this process, unfortunately we have no way of controlling such delays.
